The Hill is a 243,900 sq.ft. open-air lifestyle center located at the intersection of Walnut Hill Lane and US-75. The property is situated within minutes of Dallas/Fort Worth’s most prestigious communities, including Highland Park, University Park, Preston Hollow, and Lake Highlands. CAPREF acquired the property in November 2014 with the vision of capitalizing on the property’s supreme location by implementing a value-add business plan to invest much-needed capital into physical improvements.

The redevelopment plan was envisioned and executed by the Cypress design, development, construction, and leasing team and completed in 2016. As part of the value-add business plan, CAPREF instituted an aggressive leasing and marketing plan. With the project’s new amenities, CAPREF was able to attract new tenants including CAMP, Movement, Taco Deli, Snooze A.M. Eatery, Bella Green American Bistro, and Boardroom Salon for Men.
