Situated in the most affluent part of Milwaukee, the project started as a dying mall. Cypress Equities reimagined what this location could be, and now today’s BAYSHORE includes bold decorative elements to pull in the story of the city, which features local artists included in the Bayshore Art Walk, more community retailers, and restaurants. Cypress also reimagined the focal point of Bayshore and brought The Yard into play, an outdoor rotunda for community gathering and year-round entertainment and activities. BAYSHORE hosts more than 17 million visitors annually, providing more than 16 restaurant offerings, and 60+ retail tenants including The Cheesecake Factory, Apple, H&M, Banana Republic, Barnes & Noble, Athleta, Express, Gap, Kohl's, ULTA, Total Wine & More, California Pizza Kitchen and Trader Joe's.
