Beginning in 2018, Cypress Equities pursued its strategic vision to transform Bayshore Town Center. Situated in the most affluent part of Milwaukee, the project started as a dying mall. Cypress Equities reimagined what this location could be, and now today’s BAYSHORE includes bold decorative elements to pull in the story of the city, which features local artists included in the Bayshore Art Walk, more community retailers, and restaurants.
Cypress Equities envisioned a whole new part of the city, and started to develop based on that dream.
